When listing a home you have the option of choosing what type of representation you want. You'll pay between 1%-3% depending on the level of service you'd like to receive. Truth be told, some homes are very easy to sell and others are more difficult. If you don't need our entire suite of offerings than you don't need to pay a full 3% commission to list your home with us. In fact we even offer a flat fee in some cases, just ask for details.
